When booking a job with Photon you can expect:

Initial quote - We will discuss the best solution and provide an upfront price.

Acceptance of quote - We will book in a suitable time, which may require a part payment depending on materials.

Completion of work - We will arrive at the specified time, complete the work, clean the site, and do a walkthrough after completion.

Payment and documentation - Payment required on completion unless otherwise discussed. A receipt will be sent outlining the work completed.
