Everything the job covers
Inspection and setup
We isolate the system and inspect the indoor unit for visible dirt, mould and debris build‑up, then install a cleaning bag beneath the unit to contain water and debris during the pressure clean.
Filter and component clean
Indoor unit covers, filters and accessible components are removed. Washable filters are cleaned and accumulated dust and debris removed.
Coil and pressure clean
A coil cleaning treatment is applied to the indoor evaporator coil and internal components, then the indoor coil, fan barrel and drain tray are pressure cleaned using low‑pressure equipment.
Drain flush and reassembly
The condensate drain is flushed where accessible to assist drainage flow, then the indoor unit casing is wiped down and covers reinstalled.
Outdoor clean and test
Accessible outdoor condenser coil surfaces are cleaned and debris removed from the condenser area, then the system is tested to confirm it's operating correctly.
Fixed price, agreed upfront
Every service is quoted with a fixed price agreed before we start, with a better rate when multiple units are serviced in one visit. Your exact price depends on:
- The number of units being serviced
- How long since the last service
- Whether repairs or parts are needed

Frequently asked questions
Once a year for most homes, ideally before summer. Coastal homes and systems that run daily benefit from a clean every six months because salt air and heavy use build up faster.
That's usually mould or bacteria on the coil and in the drain pan. A proper service cleans these at the source rather than masking the smell.
Usually yes. Dirty filters and coils force the system to work harder for the same result. A clean system uses noticeably less power, especially over summer.
A leaking indoor unit is most often a blocked condensate drain, which we clear as part of a service. If it's something bigger we'll tell you upfront before any extra work.
