Yes, for part of the day while we change the board over. We'll confirm the window with you beforehand so you can plan around it, and we keep the outage as short as possible.
If any circuit's wiring is altered as part of the upgrade, that circuit must also be brought up to current safety switch protection, which we always include for altered circuits.
Most residential upgrades are completed in a single day. Complex boards or wiring repairs can extend this, which we'll flag in your upfront quote rather than on the day.
